


The Grillo grapes were manually harvested, carefully sorted, destemmed and pressed followed by fermentation at a controlled low temperature at Donnafugata’s the Contessa Entellina estate. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for two months and at least three months in bottles before release. This wine should be enjoyed within 3 years.
Colour: Brilliant straw yellow,
Bouquet: A fresh bouquet with notes of white fleshed fruit (peach and cantaloupe melon) combined with scents of wildflowers and mint.
Taste: Fruity notes, pleasant freshness and smoothness.
