About Sapori Doc

Sapori Doc is an online sales service of wine and other products from the company.

Users using the services offered by Sapori Doc declare that they know and accept these general sales terms and the Privacy Policy.

The sale of alcoholic beverages is forbidden to minors.

Sapori Doc users declare to be of age to buy alcoholic beverages according to their applicable legislation.

Users are responsible for their own personal data and that of third parties shared on Sapori Doc, by uploading them, by inserting content or by any other means. Users release the Owners from any liability in connection with the illegal dissemination of third party content or the use of Sapori Doc, in a manner contrary to the law.

The Owners do not conduct any kind of quality control of the content entered by the user or by third parties, but commits himself to intervene in the face of User notices or orders issued by public authorities in relation to content considered offensive or illegal.

Registration

In order to use the Sapori Doc services, users must register on the site, providing all the information required in the registration form in a truthful and complete manner and accepting the privacy policy in full and these general conditions. Sapori Doc has no insight into the User access credentials, so Users have the obligation to guard and protect their own access credentials.

Buying procedure

All prices on the site are inclusive of Italian VAT and may be subject to periodic variations without prior notice.

Each order submitted is an offer to purchase the products posted on the site. Orders are subject to availability and discretionary acceptance by the Owners, who reserve the right to not confirm an order, in particular due to the unavailability of one or more of the products purchased. If the product in the desired vintage is not available in the warehouse it may be reassigned with another the vintage than published on the site. If this is unacceptable to the User the Owners will reimburse the User's price and shipping costs.

Actual availability of a product is indicative, as multiple users can purchase it at the same time and make a product that another user has already put into the cart unavailable.

The pictures of the wine shown are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee for the quality of the products. In addition, the photograph or the technical sheet does not always show the vintage actually sold; hence, it is the year of the harvest reported in the description of the wine that is correct.

In the buying process Users will be informed about the shipping costs for the delivery to his registered delivery location. User will receive an invoice showing the total costs of the goods and shipping which unless otherwise stated by the User will be made available online in the personal page "My Orders". For more information on shipments and shipping costs, please refer to the shipping section. Payment will have to be done either online using the PayPal system or by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer the order will not be effectuated before the payment has been received by the Owners. For more information on Payments please refer to the payment section.

Sales Contracts concluded prior to the publication of price changes, but not already shipped, will apply the prices prevailing at the time of receipt of the order.

Sales outside Italy.

The price shown in the invoice will reflect the destination of the shipment:

For deliveries to Germany the price will be shown in Euro

For deliveries to Great Britain the price will be shown in Pounds Sterling

For deliveries to Denmark the price will be shown in Danish Kroner

For deliveries to other countries the price will be shown in Euro

For deliveries outside Europe orders will not be effectuated before a quote for the shipment cost has been received from the carrier and communicated to and accepted by the User.

For export orders the User acknowledges that the sales prices include Italian VAT but do not include any other taxes and duties that may be applicable in the country of destination. The User agrees to check in advance the amount of those duties or fees with the local customs authorities and agrees to pay such duties or fees directly to the customs authorities.

Right of withdrawal

Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014 - in implementation of Directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights.

In the case of purchasing products or services on Sapori Doc, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the user or a third party - other than the carrier and designated by the user - acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owners of the decision to withdraw through an explicit statement sent by mail to info@saporidoc.it containing:

Invoice number

Order number

Date of order

The product or the products for which it is intended to exercise the withdrawal right

The bank details (IBANs) to be used for repayment

Effects of the withdrawal.

If the User withdraws from the purchase Contract, all payments made to the Owner will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive delivery type Standard offered) without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Owner is informed of the User's decision to withdraw from the Contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has otherwise expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, the User will not be required to bear any costs as a result of such refund. Refunds may be suspended until Owners has received the returned goods or until the User has demonstrated that he has returned the goods if earlier.

The User is required to return the goods and hand it over to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which he has notified the withdrawal from this contract. The User must enter a copy of the delivered shipping documents and invoice inside the packing box when returning the goods. The refund term is respected if the User returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The User is responsible for the packaging and shipping costs for the return shipment (packaging must be suitable).

The User is only responsible for a reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling costs other than what is required to verify the actual nature, characteristics and content of the goods returned.

The right of withdrawal is reserved to the final consumer, excluding purchases made for resale to third parties.

Restrictions on the right of withdrawal of the products

Damaged or used products are not replaced or repaid, even in part. The right of withdrawal does not apply: to goods tailor-made or clearly customized for the User or goods which, by their nature, are likely to deteriorate quickly, or cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, or due to risks related to the protection of health or have been open after delivery.

Damages to the goods.

Shipments are covered by insurance. Any breakages or anomalies in the product receipt shall be immediately written on courier receipt documentation; please send us promptly at info@Saporidoc.it a description of the damages and photos of the broken products with order number and courier dispatch numbers.

Dispute Resolution. Governing Law and Juridiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law as well as each Sales Agreement and are subject to Italian jurisdiction.
