


Mastro di Baglio was founded in 2016 with the goal of producing natural, high-quality wines, respecting nature and following ancient traditions. The wines are not filtered but rather decanted naturally, so that static sedimentation ensures adequate clarity. The sulfites present are only those naturally generated during fermentation, which occurs at a controlled temperature using indigenous yeasts and without the use of synthetic chemicals. The winery unites the long-established winemaking traditions aiming to produce quality natural wines, exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyards. The production is eco-friendly choice, thanks in part to the mild climate and the vigor of an extraordinary soil. The vineyards are cultivated without irrigation, without the use of chemical herbicides or synthetic pesticides: just a little sulfur and verdigris (limited to 2-3 treatments per year).
