


Made from fresh pomace from white and red grapes from Friuli. Fermented under vacuum, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, immediately followed by distillation in order to avoid harmful secondary fermentation. The distillation takes place in artisanal batch distillation in exclusive copper steam stills with the elimination of heads and tails, which allows the selection of the purest part of grappa - the heart cut - to preserve the precious characteristics of the vine variety and thus obtain grappa of absolute quality. The grappa was aged for 12 to 18 months in barriques and small casks.
This is an elegant grappa with a slight scent of vanilla. It should be served at about 12°C in an iced open tulip shaped glass. Before tasting, grappa should rest in the glass for some minutes - by taking oxygen the fragrances are exalted and the nose-palate harmony is completed.
