Eminente Rum Reserva from the famous Rum producer Eminente in Cuba is a full-bodied Rum aged for 7 years minimum in white oak ex-whisky barrels. It possesses the aesthetics of a traditional Cuban light rum with the complexity and depth of a very old one. The initial aroma of freshly roasted coffee gives way to softer notes of dulce de leche, toasted almond and cocoa. The taste is smooth, well-balanced with notes of vanilla, caramel, and a touch of chocolate and smokiness on the finish. A versatile rum perfect for sipping on its own or served on the rocks or in cocktails.
