Rocca Coeli is a lovely Etna DOC white wine from the famous Faro producer Salvatore Geraci. It is produced with Carricante and Minnella grapes, grown on the northern side of Mount Etna. The vineyards, located at an altitude of 800 meters, have sandy volcanic soils, rich in minerals. The vines have an average age of around 40 years. It is a wine with aromas of white fruit, anise, green almond and vegetal hints, the taste is fresh and full of flavor.
