Berlucchi '61 Brut - Franciacorta DOCG - Guido Berlucchi
La Franciacorta è entrata nella storia fin dal periodo longobardo nell'VIII secolo d.C., dove questa regione benedetta veniva utilizzata per la vinificazione. Ha terreni morenici, un clima mite temperato dal Lago d'Iseo, e fresche brezze della Val Camonica che creano le condizioni ottimali per la coltivazione di uve di alta qualità.
I vitigni Chardonnay e Pinot Noir per il Berlucchi 61 crescono nei vigneti di Berlucchi situati in tutta la Franciacorta a ovest di Brescia, in Lombardia.
Le uve sono state selezionate tra i migliori vigneti dei 19 comuni della Franciacorta seguito da una delicata e graduale pigiatura di grappoli con frazionamento del mosto. La prima fermentazione è avvenuta in vasche d'acciaio. In seguito al montaggio della cuvée nella primavera successiva alla vendemmia, la seconda fermentazione è avvenuta nelle bottiglie con maturazione sui lieviti per un minimo di 24 mesi seguiti da altri 2 mesi nelle bottiglie dopo la sboccatura.
