Love Tuscany and love good gin. Two factors that seem unconnected to each other, to those who are not an expert in this distillate, because few know that the best juniper, used for the production of many high quality gins, comes from Tuscany.
There are nine botanicals of strictly Tuscan origin present in Sabatini Gin: juniper, coriander, florentine iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, lemon verbena and sage.
Most of the botanicals are made up of plants collected in the properties of the Sabatini in Teccognano while juniper, renowned for its excellent quality, is collected in different areas of the region.
