Sul Vulcano Bianco a lovely elegant mineral wine from the famous Sicilian family winery Donnafugata. Made from Carricante grapes grown in vineyards at 750 m. on the northerns slopes of Mount Etna. This is a straw yellow wine with a refined bouquet of white flowers combined with delicate citrus and vegetable scents. It is fresh and sapid, characterized by a marked minerality and persistence.
