Pollio from the Pupillo winery is a traditionally made white wine made from the indigenous Moscato grape grown vineyards near the sea in eastern Sicily. The grapes were slightly over ripened at the time of harvest giving basis for this slightly sweet Moscato wine. The bouquet is aromatic, floral and gently citrusy and the taste is fresh and flavorful with the characteristic Moscato aromaticity.
