Realizzato con le uve allevate sul Suolo N.3 della Tenuta di Suor Marchesa, questo Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT conserva intatta la freschezza e l’acidità caratteristiche del vitigno da cui nasce, ovvero il sauvignon blanc.

Le uve, una volta raccolte di prima mattina durante la vendemmia, vengono portate in cantina, dove avviene la decantazione statica dei mosti e la fermentazione alcolica, in parte in acciaio e in parte in barriques. Ogni bottiglia realizzata è numerata, e quindi unica, all’insegna di un’esclusività che si ritrova nelle note mediterranee e speziate che accompagnano l’intera esperienza di beva.

- On its fine lees for six months in oak barrels and steel tanks followed by bottle refinement for 3 months.

- Elegant and complex. Varietal notes blend with floral notes of jasmine and white broom. Fruity notes are combined with very delicate spicy notes reminiscent of vanilla and pink pepper

- Ample, well-structured and fresh. The aftertaste confirms the notes in the bouquet. Very persistent on the palate

- Ideal with oysters and shellfish. It also goes well with baked fish and white meat dishes, Serve cool.
