Keration from the organic winery La Giasira located near Siracusa in South-eastern Sicily. Made from Catarratto grapes grown in calcareous soils, at an altitude between 180 and 250 m exposed to the Mediterranean climate. It is a straw yellow fresh, savory and complex white wine with intense fragrances of orange blossom and yellow pulp fruits in the bouquet, and an elegant and intriguing taste, with a fine balance of acidity, minerality and flavour.
