Qui terreno, clima e altitudine offrono un mix perfetto per la produzione di grandi vini Nero d'Avola. - Impact of small dark undergrowth fruits, accompanied by visciola fallen from the tree and dried plum. Strong and pleasant nose, scents of leather and wet feather. Cocoa spice.
- Taste
- Dry, tending to warm. A lot of thickness under the palate, once the balance between the various components is reached, it is exceptionally pleasant. The finale of sour cherry in spirit is excellent, with a slight bitter component.
- Pairs with
- Excellent with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and savory dishes. Serving Temperature 16-18 °C.
