Carjcanti from the famous Sicilian winery Gulfi is a lovely, elegant and mature organic white wine made solely from Carricante grapes from vines growing in calcareous-clayey soil in the Chiaramonte Gulfi hills near Ragusa. It is a golden wine with a strong bouquet typical for Carricante grapes with notes of green apple. The taste is fresh and dry, savory and persistent with a pleasant acidity.
