Grillo from the organic winery La Giasira located near Siracusa in South-eastern Sicily. Made from Grillo grapes grown in calcareous soils, at an altitude between 180 and 250 m exposed to the Mediterranean climate. It is a straw yellow fresh, savory and, at the same time, intense white wine with a bouquet with strong citrus and vegetable hints and a fresh taste with good minerality and hints of cedar peel.
