Cabochon Fuoriserie from Franciacorta winery Monte Rossa is a unique and elegant sparkling wine from a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. It is a cuvèe blended from various historic vintages of barrel fermented wines. It is bright yellow with a fine perlage. It reveals hints of cedar and eucalyptus. It is crunchy with nods of yellow fruit. The finish is creamy and saline.

The Monte Rossa winery is a place loaded with history and fascination in the heart of Franciacorta, on top of the hill overlooking Bornato near Brescia. It boasts a 13th-century tower, a 15th-century country house, a scenographic staircase in white marble dating from the 1700s and spectacular gardens with centuries-old olive groves, rose beds and herbs galore.
