D.Zero is a classic pink blend of Inzolia pink and Chardonnay. The Inzolia Rosa is a unique grape that is rarely used. This grape conveys structure and depth to the elegance of Chardonnay. Due to the low sugar content the wine is a dry sparkling wine, for fine palates, perfect for all-time pairing.
Goes well with most dishes
Colour: A pink colour with salmon glints. The perlage is finite and persistent.
Bouquet: The nose reveals fragrances where the exotic red fruit emerges in which litchi and strawberry are distinguished by floral complementarity.
Flavour: On the palate it is sapid and dry, it reflects minerality which enhances its complexity and structure.
