The Rosso del Conte from Tasca d'Almerita was created in 1970. It is an expression of quality and longevity made in Sicily. It originates from Perricone and Nero d’Avola grapes cultivated at the San Lucio vineyard on Tenuta Regaleali. It is an elegant, harmonious red wine characterized by a good freshness and softness. It has intense hints of spices, licorice, coffee and fruity notes.

The family behind the House of Tasca d’Almerata has been active wine producers for many years. Today it is the 8th generation of the family that manages the 5 estates and 600 hectares of cultivated land with a clear focus on sustainability in all steps of the production processes.
