Zisola DoppioZeta from Mazzei – This is the most important wine from the Zisola estate - a Super-Sicilian wine from a blend of local and international grapes. A unique full-bodied red wine with a great personality.

The grapes were manually harvested fully ripened followed by maceration on the skins and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine aged in small French oak barrels for 16 months and after bottling a further 6 months.
Colour: Dark ruby red.
Bouquet: The nose has an overwhelming bouquet, explosive spices and fruit flavors.
Taste: On the palate it is full bodied, powerful and elegant texture.
