Caratteristiche organolettiche: Profumi di viole e peonie fanno da preambolo a un sorso fruttato e maturo accompagnato da un tannino setoso che non fa perdere punti in freschezza.
Vinificazione e affinamento: Raccolta delle uve a piena maturazione in cassetta. Fermentazione spontanea in acciaio con macerazione sulle bucce di circa 15 giorni. Affinamento in acciaio sulle fecce per diversi mesi. Vino non chiarificato e non filtrato.
