Salici I.G.T. Terre Siciliane from the innovative producer Baglio di Pianetto made from merlot grapes grown in the mountains outside Palermo in the north of Sicily. A beautiful fruity mature red wine that matches well flavorful meat or cheese dishes.
Rosso del Soprano Terre Siciliane I.G.T. from the small Faro producer Azienda Agricola Palari located near Messina in north-eastern Sicily. An elegant mature red wine made from the indigenous nerello mascalese and nerello cappuccio grapes grown in vineyards situated high above the Strait of Messina.
