Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Bianco di Nera is Milazzo’s semi sparkling wine. It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of the Charmat method. The short second fermentation in the steel tanks enhances the perfumes and gives an overall smoothiness in the glass.
Colour: Pale yellow colour.
Bouquet: The nose reveals perfumes of ripe tropical fruits with clear notes of pineapple.
Flavour: To the palate it’s soft and mellow, with an intriguing freshness.
