The philosophy and experience of the founder is now accompanied by a project that focuses on attention to detail and puts man at the service of nature, to produce wines that are increasingly responsive to market demands and able to present the traditional riches of the territory.
The vines for the Strabuss sparkling wine grow in Rudinìs vineyards outside the town of Pachino south of Syracusa in Southeastern Sicily. The wine rested 2 months in steel tanks before bottling.
