The "Passobianco" wine is one of the great white wines from the Passopisciaro Winery. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown at an altitude of 850 to 1000 meters on the Northern slopes of Mount Etna.

The complexity of this wine is due to the combination of specific light conditions, thermal excursion, high altitude and volcanic soil that are found only on mount Etna. The grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September, vinify in steel tanks for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 23 ° C, then mature in both concrete tanks and wood.
Color: Straw yellow
Bouquet: The nose is scented with citrus, white peach and tropical fruit, which alternates with a more intense mineral aroma.
Taste: On the palate juicy, balanced, characterized by a lively sapidity. Closes with a persistent finish.
