Moscato Bianco from the famous and innovative Sicilian top producer Planeta. A contemporary interpretation to the very ancient tradition of making white Moscato wines in the Noto area. Made from grapes grown at the Buonivini Estate with the white limestone soil and the breezes arising from the meeting of two seas, which create the best conditions to produce great wines.

The Moscato vines for the Moscato Bianco white wine grow in the soft hilly white limestone soil at Planeta’s Buonivini Winery in the Noto Valley near the sea outside Syracusa in Southeastern Sicily at an altitude of 40 m.
The grapes were manually harvested and carefully sorted followed by a soft pressing of the grapes. The must was fermented in stainless steel vats and the wine remained in the steel vats for 5-6 months before bottling.
Colour: Clear yellow with green reflections.
Bouquet: Jasmine, rose petals, hibiscus, pink grapefruit and marine aromas; a poetic explosion of aromas.
Taste: Dry, Savoury and fresh, balanced and elegant.
Longevity 3-5 years.
