This wine from the volcanic Lipari Island is made from grapes growing in the temperate, warm Mediterranean climate with large temperature changes throughout the day.

The grapes are selected and picked by hand, the yeasts used are native yeasts. The vinification starts with the pressing of grapes in pneumatic presses followed by fermentation at controlled temperature of about 20°C in stainless steel tanks for the Malvasia and oak barrels for the Carricante grapes. The wine is decanted repeatedly to obtain natural clarification and then placed in bottles for refinement for 2 months.

Colour: Pale lemon with green reflexions.

Bouquet: Herbaceous scents of Mediterranean maquis, slightly citrusy. Mineral and brackish.

Taste: Great balance between the aromatic structure of Malvasia and the marine acidity of Carricante. Exciting sapid persistence.
