Cottanera's production philosophy is to create a business model that brings together tradition and innovation in the vineyards and in the cellar. In the vineyards the grapes are grown without an irrigation system and almost all operations are done by hand. Native and international varieties are grown on 65 hectares of vineyards. The land is unique and gives rise to a great variety of vines.
