The Feudo Principi di Butera winery lies in the heart of Sicily, in the province of Caltanissetta, which is recognised as one of the best wine making regions in Sicily thanks above all to its production of high quality wines.
The vineyeards are situated on hills with an average altitude of 250m-350m above sea level; at a distance of only 10km from the sea. The soil is limestone and shell rich meaning the earth is white, an element which gives the grapevines the appropriate growth balance. About this wine:
Colour: A clear and bright golden straw-yellow, with faint greenish highlights.
Bouquet: Broad, with hints of broom flowers, cantaloupe and exotic fruit.

The Sabbie dell’Etna Bianco from Firriato is a wine that fully represents the particular terroir of Mount Etna, characterized by the soil of lava which, thanks to the altitude of the lands where the vineyards are placed and the strong temperature differences between day and night, has developed a clean, intense and persistent bouquet and taste.
