Milazzo Classico Brut from the well-known Sicilian producer Milazzo. This sparkling wine is made from a blend of chardonnay and the indigenous inzolia grape grown in high altitude vineyards near Agrigento in south-western Sicily. The wine matured for a minimum of 24 months on the yeasts in the bottles, producing a great fresh wine with good complexity and a bouquet with citrus scents.
Gaudensius Brut Etna D.O.C. from the well-known Sicilian wine company Firriato. A unique sparkling wine made from nerello mascalese grapes grown in high altitude vineyards and produced at their winery on Mount Etna. The wine matured in the bottle in contact with the yeasts for over 32 month producing a fresh, elegant and aromatic sparkling wine.
Nutaru Brut an exciting, revolutionary and one of a kind sparkling wine (Blanc de noir) from Cantine Avide produced according to the classical method in the core area of Cerasuolu di Vittoria in central Sicily from frappato grapes. The wine matured on the yeasts for 24-30 months in the bottle producing a fresh and fruity sparkling wine supported by a good acidity.
Almerita Brut Spumante Contea di Sclafani D.O.C. from the famous Sicilian producer Tasca d'Almerita. Made from chardonnay grapes grown at high altitude in vineyards at the Regaleali Estate outside of Palermo in northern Sicily. The wine aged on the yeasts in the bottles for 24 months producing a rich fragrant wine with a delicate soft creaminess on the palate.
Enrica Spadafora Terre Siciliane I.G.P. from the renowned organic wine producer Dei Principi di Spadafora is a sparkling wine made from the indigenous Grillo grape grown in vineyards located in Monreale in the north-western corner of Sicily. The wine matured on the yeasts for 30 months in the bottles producing a fruity and mineral organic wine with extreme freshness.
Murgo Brut Rosè from the renowned Etna wine producer Murgo. A beautiful sparkling rosè wine produced from nerello mascalese grapes grown high on the Northern slopes of Mount Etna. The wine matured in the bottle on the yeasts for a variable period of between 30 and 36 months producing a fine, fresh, fruity and mineral wine with good persistence.
