minerals and citrus hints, quite sapid, the foam is creamy and refined final sensations.
Its freshness is due to the long and well done imprint on its yeast, an excellent and pleasant surprise to discover such a well created sparkling wine outside the classic areas dedicated to such wines.
Longevity 10-15 years
