Rose di Fata from the ambitious Judeka winery is a lovely organic pink semi-sparkling rosè wine made from frappato grapes grown a hilly area near Caltagirone in central Sicily. It is a fresh wine with a fine perlage and an aromatic bouquet with flowery, ripe fruit and berry aromas. The taste is fragrant with a good sapidity and a pleasant length.An easy to drink young wine with soft tannins.
