Giasira Rosso from the organic winery La Giasira located near Siracusa in eastern Sicily. Made from Nero d’Avola and Merlot grapes grown in calcareous soils, at an altitude between 180 and 250 m exposed to the Mediterranean climate. It is a red wine with a fresh, elegant and rich bouquet of red fruits and vegetable hints. The taste is full-bodied and savory with a fine softness and persistence.
