Pianodario is one of the 4 Contradas on the northern slopes of Mount Etna where Tasca d'Almerita’s Tenuta Tascante Estate grow their vines. It is located at an average elevation of 775 meters between Montelaguardia and Randazzo. The vineyards, characterized by terraces with dry-stone walls, and by formations of volcanic origin between the ages of 15,000 and 4,000 years.
