The aroma is characterized by the use of Satra (ancient Sicilian native wild thyme).

Red Strong Ale from famous Sicilian micro-brewery Paul Bricius, an excellent interpretation of a strong beer and amber, not far from the conception of a Belgian craft beer. Deeply marked by territory with a slightly hazy appearance and with a very thin and impercettible perlage, the foam is dense.
Belgian type blond ale made using three types of high quality barley malt, Russello (ancient Sicilian organic wheat), and made to rise at high fermentation. The balanced bitterness is obtained thanks to the use of bitter orange peel from the Catania plain.
Amber Scottish Ale made using four types of barley malt of the highest quality and left to rise at high fermentation. The balanced bitterness is obtained thanks to the use of three different types of hops. At the base of its aromas the skillful roasting of the malts and the use of Sicilian licorice root.
